Managed the application process for FVIP certification and recertification, made certification decisions, initiated the administrative and legal processes for decertification decisions, maintained the public list of certified FVIPs, guided FVIP policy development, supervised content and delivery of FVIP training, served on the department’s Standards and Protocols Committee. - Processed FVIP applications, monthly participant reports, and fees - Updated and maintained the FVIP database - responded appropriately to public requests for information regarding FVIPs and FVIP certification - Coordinated and conducted FVIP site visits - Investigated complaints and responded as requested by FVIP Manager - Provided logistical support for FVIP trainings - Facilitated FVIP development in underserved areas
