  In my second year with MLT, I am the co-set lead and run lead. My responsibilities include working with the production team to design and build sets for our productions that meet the needs of all involved. I also am responsible for keeping the deadline of the show, managing the crew working with me, and providing updates to the production team on progress, budgeting, and challenges, as well as any questions.
