      Activities and Societies: In the marketing Management Module I achieved 90% in devising a marketing strategy for a large local non-profit organisation. This has contributed to the company strategically shifting into the private homecare sector and the hiring of 200 new staff in 2016. I achieved 82% in my Master's Dissertation entitled: "Crowdfunding: An exploratory study into the Preparatory Experiences of Entrepreneurs within the Pre-Campaign Phase." I completed a 2 year part time Masters Degree course in Business Development and Innovation covering subjects such as Corporate Strategy, International Marketing, Creativity and Innovation and will graduate in December 2014.
