  Responsible for negotiating the commercials for both short- and long term contracts between TUI Benelux and Hoteliers on multiple Greek and Italian destinations. Additionally, scouting for new products and concepts that fit the TUI brand. Furthermore my job for a large part consists of analyzing competitor movements and market trends in order to consequently react upon them. All of this takes place in close cooperation with the responsible teams for each respective destination that are based in Belgium and the Netherlands, i.e. the product- and yield managers and directors, as well as with my international purchasing colleagues, responsible for the contracts of TUI in other source markets. After being responsible for Gran Canaria and Majorca from the start, I switched to challenging areas in the East: the Turkish Riviera and Bulgaria. Furthermore I was account manager for one of our hotel brands. As from September 2015 I was also mentoring new product managers. Finally, as from October 2015, I was appointed as destination lead for Bulgaria as well, what entails coordinating and following up on different source market demands.
