      Analyze Safety related data for SH-60B and MH-60R and conduct Safety Surveys of Naval Aviation Squadrons worldwide.Comprehensive analysis and quality assurance on hundreds of hazard reports culminating in monthly feedback to the fleet resulting in increased safety awareness and mishap prevention. Trusted with an asset worth several million dollars as Naval Aviator and Helicopter Aircraft Commander for the UH-3H . Directly responsible for the planning, executing, and safe completion of all assigned missions. Responsible as a Post Maintenance Functional Check pilot to evaluate safe aircraft operation within normal operating parameters. Manage the Aviation Culture Workshop program enabling workshop scheduling and funding for all Navy and Marine Corps squadrons. Safety Survey Team Lead for over a dozen surveys. Led a team of 14 personnel on various occasions and worldwide locations conducting Safety Survey’s in an effort to continuously improve Naval and Marine Corp aviation Safety Programs. Trained Watch Officers and conducted watches aboard Amphibious Assualt Ships in the Tactical Air Control Center which is the principal air operations installation (ship-based) from which all aircraft and air warning functions of tactical air operations are controlled. Event coordinator for annual Blue Angel Homecoming Air Show. Led the implementation of a 6 month preparatory Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M) involving numerous tenant commands and civilian organizations. Flawlessly led the execution of over 15 airshow acts. Assisted other installations within the region with their Air Show planning. Installation Aviation Safety Officer. BASH program manager. Led the Air Operations Department Safety Team in all aspects of safety resulting in the Air Station receiving the grade of outstanding on the Naval Aviation Safety Bi-annual Facility Survey. The air station scored in the top 3% of all facilities surveyed in the previous 2 years. Scheduled daily flight operations of over 3,300 flight hours. Directed Operations for 20 pilots and aircrew on a three aircraft detachment. Directly coordinated the turnover of HC-2 Det 2 to HSC-26 Det 1.       Helicopter Control Officer (HCO) - On air-capable ships which have no aviation department, the HCO is responsible for all aircraft operating under Visual Flight Rules (VFR) in the ship's control zone.Personally trained 2 HCO's and directed over 1100 mishap-free landings which trained multiple DOD, USCG and other Federal Agency pilots in helicopter deck landing qualifications.
