  After providing successful solutions to the service department, I was asked to take my talents to a corporate-level, to benefit the company as a whole. Salesmen and technicians were still using physical paper copies of common information entry documents, causing huge delays in communication and order processing. New digital forms were created to expedite these processes and every salesman/technician was given an iPad to handle their day-to-day communication.Creating Company-Wide employee DirectoryAfter frustration with never being able to locate information on employees in my own branch (let alone other branches), I collected information, and created a complete database on every employee in the company, to be easily imported to Outlook, and synced with company cell phones for mobile-access.
