      Sept 2014 - Jul 2016

Organising and inventing a range of Live Events for the University Radio Station Livewire1350. These include live music events such as Livewire Presents: Battle of the Bands, where I was required to organise a large team, arrange all relevant equipment and venues, organising the performers and crowds on the night. My charity event 'Jailbreak' received 'Best Fundraising Event of the Year' and 'Most raised for charity' and the Union Transformation awards, nominated for 'Best Event', and further 'Best Fundraising Event' at the Student Radio Association's 'I Love Student Radio Awards'. £10,000 was raised for Macmillan Cancer Support and a massive local media coverage of the event that took place for 48 hours solid. I also created the first outdoors event for Livewire1350 plus a range of other small events throughout the year to bring the student radio station closer to the rest of the university and the local community.
