  As Manager, Flight Crew Ground Training & Flight Standards, I was reporting to the CEO, Alpha Star Aviation Services. I initiated and was the custodian of: - Airbus Performance Engineer Program (PEP) for the production of RTOW/Runway Analysis charts- ATR Performance Flight Operations Software (FOS), and - FlySmart in Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) for Less Paper Cockpit (LPC) My primary areas of responsibility included:- Valid Data Production for aircraft weight & balance, takeoff/landing/in-flight performance- Effective Domain Administration in order to ensure data consistency for EFB- Ensuring platform hardware & software update & availability- Responsible for EFB data updates on iPads- Production of RTOW/Runway Analysis Charts- Flight crew EFB trainingOther key aspects of my role included:- Production of operations technical bulletins- Providing technical support to flight dispatch unit- Standardization of Flight Crew Operations Procedures- Revision and Update of Sky Prime Operations Manual and Training Manual- Monitoring of flight crew training and certification validity- Imparting Orientation Training to newly inducted pilots Show less

  After successful initiation and implementation of the programs listed below in Alpha Star Aviation Services, I was appointed as Manager, Flight Crew Ground Training & Flight Standards in Sky Prime Aviation Services to kick-off similar initiatives as in the parent company i.e. Alpha Star Aviation Services.
