  • Coordinate and work with the chassis subsytem to design the chassis of the All Terrain Vehicle (ATV), to analyze it for its crashworthiness and carry out further optimization. Design of the chassis was followed by manual fabrication that involves cutting, profiling and welding of the frame. • The position called for making key decisions for the team. We represented the team in various competitions such as BAJA SAE and ESI held every year across the country. We secured an overall position of 5th in BAJA SAE 2020 and 4th in ESI 2020. Show less

  Worked on a project to design a cylindrical ultrasonic transducer with diameter within 6mm-12mm emitting ultrasonic waves in the frequency range 0.5-2.5 MHz. Work involved designing the matching layer, backing layer and the piezo-electric crystal for minimum destructive interference and maximum amplitude. The design and simulations were carried out in COMSOL.

The project involved interacting with major stake-holders in the transformer oil business and collect relevant information regarding transformer oil market in India, and to develop a go-to market strategy with ExxonMobil’s product.

Managed total sales volume of approximately 40 kT of performance polyethylene, constituting 14% of total sales in India.• Secured commercial sales valued at USD 3M annually at Jain Irrigation, India's largest irrigation systems manufacturer, overcoming longstanding challenges. Utilized unconventional strategies to secure the account.• Pioneered commercialization in unconventional segments, achieving several "firsts" in areas such as HFFR compounding, Injection, Blow and Rotomolding, Thermal Lamination, W&C, and Stretch Hood.• Achieved record-breaking sales growth of 15% YoY at Axia Plastics, with a 100% increase in the differentiated pPE portfolio.• Led two critical strategic studies: Region mapping and go-to-market strategy, and Distributors strategy aimed at enhancing their profitability.• Received six accolades during the short tenure, including two prestigious global polyethylene awards, two ASM awards, and two pipeline awards.
