I am a People and OD Support Officer at The Coal Authority, a public body that manages the legacy of coal mining in Britain. I have over 10 years of experience in human resources and IT services, and I hold an Associate CIPD and a Mini MBA in Leadership. My mission is to support the people and organizational development strategy and deliver high-quality HR services and solutions to our stakeholders and employees. In my previous role as a Human Resources Assistant at Browne Jacobson, a leading law firm, I handled day to day HR operational and administrative activities, conducted training sessions, and sourced talent for various IT projects. I have developed skills in customer relationship management (CRM), human resources (HR), problem solving, report preparation, onboarding, offboarding, people management, training, and recruiting. I am passionate about learning and developing my HR skills and knowledge, and I have obtained two certifications: How to Confidently Negotiate Your Salary and LinkedIn Recruiter. I am also pursuing a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management from ICS Learn.
