Demolition of existing staircases to accommodate piled foundations to support Terracotta clad structural steel staircases, stainless steel handrails with glass infills, canopies, lifts and lift shafts. Complete replacement of the electrical lighting and power and the installation of a UPS system. Refurbishment of the existing accommodation, lead removal, damp proofing, plastering internal partitions, and all internal finishes. Demolition of and replacement of the platforms and redecoration of the existing canopies. Refurbishment of existing footbridge over the east & westbound lines with extensive temporary works.Hertfordshire Archive & Library Services Repository - 300m2 fire retardant, temperature and humidity controlled archive storage facility within an existing car park basement for Hertfordshire County Council as part of Framework Agreement. Works included reinforced concrete power floated base, structural steel frame, steel fire cladding, fire suppression system, mobile archive storage racking, mechanical and electric works.University of East London - Construction of a 3 storey Computer Building including lecture theatre & 4 storey Education Building.
