Oct 2010 - May 2012Managed a team of 10 valets. Generated weekly schedules for team. Responsible for ensuring all valets provide outstanding customer service. Balancing the till and making nightly cash drops. Managed valet during the grand opening of a high profile mall. Which included added responsibility of working closely with the mall's leadership team. Sending updates hourly via email of our car log. Also, keeping a transaction log to drop off weekly to the mall's manager. Responsible for anywhere from 50-200 cars and keys. Experience providing valet services for many types of clientele. Restaurants, Hotels, Bars, Night clubs and Sporting events. Interacting with many different customers. Welcoming them to their destination. Opening doors for all passengers. Recording and using customers name. Assessing any damage existing on the vehicle at the time of arrival. Safely parking and promptly returning the customers vehicle when necessary.
