      Design and development of the integrated air fuel module (IAFM) for the 2009 5.7L V8 (Eagle) for the car (LX) and SUV (WK) platforms. Responsible for working with designers, vehicle systems and performance/calibration engineers to develop a design that meets all functional objectives, including packaging, NVH, crankcase emissions management, fuel and air flow balance, throttle icing, peak power and torque, etc. Managed several suppliers through the design, testing, and production release of the system. Fuel economy simulation (PMAT), competitive benchmarking using DFSS principles, NVH assessments, etc. We made huge improvements in the NVH/sound quality of the Tigershark from the previous WGE.
