  Drove JDF Data Governance team to maturity as a Lead and Advisor for the Product teams in JDF by exclusively driving metrics reporting. Created data lineage and Global Data Governance Council and played a role of JDF Community Manager. Established Data Quality for the Product Teams on transactional, analytical, compliance, risk and other JDF data existing in cloud & on-prem. As a Product Owner evaluated, governed the Global SQL Server IT Infrastructure of John Deere which involved creating, managing, supporting, migrating, auditing, removing, architecting, resolving issues and acting as a SME for 700 SQL Servers containing 6000 databases. As a Product Owner and Audit Lead succeeded to increase the velocity or the scrum team, reduced the Cycle and Lead time and reduced the audit comments by 70%.
