  The project was organizing the local and national case competition between the top five universities with a program for Industrial Engineering & Management. For the first time it was being held in Luleå and everything from logistic and transport to hosing and dinner had to be planned for and completed. My part was securing housing and dinner as well as together with my teammates solving problems that arise during the project. During my time in CaseGroup I worked to educate students in case solving and to develop the case culture at the university through organising case solving events.I also got some own experience in case solving and a few tools that helps my understanding on how to approach a case and solve it.

I also managed nodes, incidents and supported our Project Manager in his day to day tasks. For the last 6 months I have acted as a Project Manager, responsible for one minor and one major full release (CR) with new functionality as well as bug fixes. The major project included planning and communicating with internal and external stakeholders over a 5 month period, managing shifting scope, conflicting interests, development and deployment in production.
