Oversaw the building of two new locations in the Panhandle and implementation of many new programs throughout my tenure with Florida Pest Control. Oversaw and held weekly meetings to include a service staff over 150. Became a fully certified Operator in Pest, Termite, Fumigation and Lawn and Ornamental and was COIC for many different locations for the Company after working my way through each department as a technician and then the youngest Manager, District Manger and Division Manger the Company had. Starting from ground zero we have launched and have continued a program that now contains 4 full productive routes in the Columbus and Lagrange area and continuing to grow. Began to coordinate our positions and implement changes to reroute and benefit our customers with a more timely service to meet their needs. Streamlined our production with routing and accountability to ensure production numbers were reached and exceeded. During this time became Certified in Alabama for Pest Control and Termite and Lawn and Ornamental. Also have maintained certifications in Georgia for Lawn and Ornamental.
