  I was responsible for underwriting new business and assessment of those currently insured. I underwrote several business lines and assessed various risk. I was then transferred to the insurance brokerage division whereby I handled a portfolio of brokers.My second and final role at the ICB was that of a claims assessor. I was responsible for a large portfolio of claims, which included new and outstanding claims. This department required a different focus with a lot more emphasis placed on client relations.
