  This was a new startup clinic and I was hired to consult shortly after its beginnings. It was identified that the practice billing operation was in need of help. I was able to quickly learn their software and clean up the configuration, as well as help them implement practice procedures, training, and workflows to get them on track. In recent years I have been able to help them with workflow questions in AthenaNet.

  I founded Tri Peak to bring my network administration knowledge as well as medical EHR knowledge together. Tri Peak focused on serving medical offices throughout Utah as major transitions were taking place in the EHR space. The company successfully assisted many clients with setting up, training, and maintaining their networks, and EHR platforms.

  I was hired to oversee and improve the billing operations of the practice. I was able to successfully transition the billing operations into a new software platform and implement new practice operations workflows. The practice experienced growth and success with these changes and I was able to execute a merger to grow the practice even further. I oversaw the setup of Oquirrh Radiology as part of the merger.
