  Economic Regulation and Planning Directorate•Monitored and updated the database of the Free on Board (FOB) prices for the various petroleum products for the computation and projection of ex-refinery and ex-pump prices. •Updated the database of ex-pump prices for Petrol, Diesel and LPG for every window. •Analysed ex-pump prices of Oil Marketing Companies to ascertain their margins. •Analysed the ex-refinery prices of Bulk Import, Distribution and Export Companies to estimate the suppliers’ premiums and operating margins used in determining their ex-refinery prices. •Estimate the revenues generated from taxes, levies and margins in the Price Build-Up each month. •Compute ex-pump price changes of selected Oil Marketing Companies every window.•Keep a database of how Ghana’s ex-pump prices compared to other countries on the African continent and selected countries across the world. •Monitored Sales of the Gold for Oil Products and analysed the impacts at the pumps. •Review the monthly CITAC reports to highlight key pricing-related issues in other countries. •Assisted with processing of requests to re-export petroleum products to neighbouring countries. •Monitored daily stocks and sales of petroleum products from the various depots.•Tabulated the Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) for vessels scheduled to deliver petroleum products to Ghana. •Translation of documents from French to English and vice versa. •Took minutes during meetings and proofread documents. •Assisted with Administrative Work (i.e. Filing, Recording and Dispatching of internal and external documents).
