  Joining in as a Project Manager, but I started from "Ground Zero" - Instructional Designer role, to understand the process of content Development, the team and how best to manage the resources. I am still the Project Manager for bespoke content development process, with more roles and responsibilities. An “all rounder” role, and right now, conducting training to customers in Articulate in Malaysia and Singapore side, providing consultancy and support to our customers.
