Affordable Care Act enrollment, and general assistance for the community. In this role I was responsible for developing a media campaign to increase community awareness of our services. While overseeing the department we surpassed a ambitious goal in rural Maine of saving our customers over a million dollars on their prescription costs due in part to continued efforts to implement an effective marketing strategy. I was able to grow the department from a one person team to where it stands now of a six person team. During my time in this role I also assisted in the implementation of our first pharmacy location, taking the project management role for the mail order portion of the pharmacy where our team built the program from the ground up.
