My job was to sell and promote all of companies drink products within supermarkets and off-licenses in the West of Ireland.   Administered a loan portfolio of €55,000,000+ for a credit union with assets in excess of €170,000,000.Managed a team accountable for the full recovery or renegotiation of pre-default/defaulted loans. Communicated expectations to the Loans recovery team ensuring daily, weekly and monthly workflows were accurate and complete. Utilised Oracle-based Credit Control system to identify and process accounts for loans that were in arrears; collaborated with the Credit Union Solicitor and Private Investigator during collection and legal processes. Set a legal Precedent in the High Court.Performed house calls to defaulted members to establish face-to-face contact and verify address if legal actions needed to be taken; attended Court proceedings to present evidence on behalf of the Credit Union. Established and maintained constructive relationships with credit union members in order to offer budgeting and financial guidance for those in severe financial situations. Provided weekly data analysis and trend reports to the credit committee.Monthly reports given to the board of directors outlining credit control goals and achievements from the previous month.Delivered presentations in-house for staff training and also at the Annual General Meeting regarding the actions and results of the credit control team during the previous 12 months.Also assisted the Loan Department with loan applications. 收起

Funtions include unloading articulated trucks and distribute internally all of the mail and Parcels for an An Post in the West of Ireland before 6.30 am. This enables each postman to make their deliveries to businesses and households on time Monday - Friday.

  An Post 2014 -PresentCurrently I work nights for An Post in the Galway Delivery Service Unit. I work within a team of circa 20 people. We have a deadline each night that all mail has to be sorted by 6.30am.Our objective is to make sure all the mail for Galway city and county is delivered the next day.
