      My current role is dynamic with a range of activities. Whilst been the Manager for the Restaurant and the Pub I am responsible for leading both teams to deliver high quality safe standards. I am currently responsible for the full training and leading by example for 16 members of staff split across the two teams. All food and drink ordering and payroll as well as day to day health and safely compliance. As a manager I also cover the Duty Manager Role for the whole hotel not just my areas this includes giving briefings to the house staff as well as daily jobs allocation making sure that each department within the hotel is fully staffed for the demands of the day. Whilst been Duty Manager I am the go to person for all customer escalations for a wide range of issues. I also hold the role of Events Manager which involves help planning events both corporate and private from Weddings to Business Events. I currently lead 8 people on this team and we do all the planning and servicing for the many ranges of events been held at our hotel making sure each one is unique and remembered for the right reasons.
