I have taken many courses and classes on health, wellness and mindfulness based stress reduction. I have taught many classes on stress management, relaxation, quality of life and healthy living classes for people with chronic health conditions for over 25 years. I have developed a very deep relaxing technique called neuro-muscular rocking. This involves breathing exercises, mindfulness and a very gentle rocking sensation to initiate very deep relaxation responses at a neuro-muscular level. Show less
