  Responsibilities:- Worked in a team of 2 trainees and 3 senior engineers to reply to customers’ inquiries in a strict time-frame by prioritizing them- Reviewed Requests for Quotations (RFQ) from private companies and Reviewed Invitations to Tender (ITT) from government or large companies and assessed their requirements i.e. Type of Crane (EOT/Gantry/Tower), Number of Hoists, Capacity, Span, and any additional specific requirements- Created cost estimation offer (Price sheet) of the proposed crane as per the guidelines of Indian Standard IS:3177, IS:807 by selecting parts and components from catalogues of tier (ii) and (iii) suppliers- Performed Engineering calculations for mechanical design to select adequate size and appropriate parts based on quality and safety standards required by National/International or Company-specific standards- Coordinated with customers and Manager-Design to meet their budgetary requirement- Liaised with Manger-Design to meet the non-general specifications mentioned in RFQ/ITT- Majorly used Solidworks for 3D Modelling and AutoCAD for drafting as a part of technical bid bundle- Managed stock of raw and semi-finished materials using ERP system – SAP SD&PP, MS Excel and telephonic coordination*More details about project is mentioned in project row.   CONFIGURATOR SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT:This is an Advance Automatized System. Simple, comfortable and quick, configure clients Industrial power transmission drives solution online without consulting any engineer.Client select data according to their requirement which gets converted into a 20 digit code and on basis of that system generates 3D model, 2D model, General arrangement drawings, specification sheet and motor data sheet. These details are then automatically forwarded to the client's email withing 2 minutes.We, team of 6 Mechanical Engineers and 1 Computer Engineer carried out this project for Radicon Power Build Pvt Ltd. We made this possible with CREO Parametric as a Mechanical tool and Visual Basics for backend programming.RESPONSIBILITIES :- Analyze manufacturing drawing of parts ( Fan kit, Extension/hollow shaft, motor, Inline housing kit etc.) and generate its 3D models, also use parametric feature for multiple parts with same design but different dimensions. - Make assembly of this parts and use family table for custom assembly.- Create General Arrangement Drawings of the assembly and give it necessary dimensions, strictly as per company standard for dimension (GWS - Gear Work Standard) and refer other standards like DIN and IS.- While actual testing of system, refer data from Catalogue, compare it with system generated drawings and make suitable changes if needed.- Co-ordinate with senior mechanical design engineers and computer engineer for rectification of errors and problem related to system. - Prepare configurator of manufacturing drawings of customized extension shaft of gearbox.
