Just on lockdown started to lift and after the hit of Pandemic Situation Of Covid-19 I got an opportunity to be a part of Mandate Department. Brigade Panorama is a mysore road Project of Brigade Groups which is near to Kengeri. The toughest part was the project didn't witnessed a huge number of sales even before the Covid situation. But the opportunity we had it's a ready to move in. On an individual basis problem I faced was communication as maximum crowd was localities. But what helped us as a team to over-achieve the target with more than 150% was to understand the market and also clients requirement. We ended our Journey at Panorama on 31st August 2021 with appartment sold more than 180 units with a 11 months of journey Show less Joining Elara Groups was a tough decision for me as of two factors as real estate was totally a new for me and from a brand like M&M Groups to a Channel Partner. Trust me of my initial days I didn't new even what does Channel Partner means. Two things attracted me first it's GPTW rating and employee reviews at diffrent job portals.
