      In this role I work with the senior Operations leadership team to identify and close performance gaps for quality and service delivery. I represent the call center operation as a business process owner for changes and improvement to existing processes and the development of new processes. I work closely with global business leaders to identify process improvement needs, prioritize and execute large scale projects, and deploy metrics to monitor solution effectiveness. In this role I've worked as a coach, mentor and advocate for the employees. During the 4 years:- I've supervised teams supporting different channels: Phone, emails and Chat. (2 years)- I had the experience to supervise a care design team : customer service with design specialization support. (18 months)- I've supervised a back office team supporting front line specialists with Finance, shipping and manufacturing escalations. (6 months) In this role I had the responsibilities of:- Play the bridge between the customer and the payment institution to release pending wire transfer payment- Play the bridge between the customer and the company financial department to release pending check payment- Resolve payment investigations- Handle police requisitions Customer service representative for inbound calls and emails. I was supporting customers with print and digital products queries and assisting them in products customization and order check out.
