Currently in charge of all activities relating to First Pass Yield including identification of root cause and implementation of countermeasures. Worked with operations, maintenance, and technical services groups to identify opportunities for machine and process improvements. Led kaizen improvements for tire assembly area including cycle time, reliability, and process capability improvements.
