  • Collecting vibration data for rotating machinery using CSI 2130 vibration analyzer on monthly basis.• Have a good Knowledge in analyzing gathered data and give technical support to Engineering team.• Taking lube oil samples from rotating machinery for Analysis.• Performing Borescope (CARL STORZ Techno Pack II, and Techno Pack X) inspection of gas turbine planned combustion inspection (CI) and liner & transition piece inspection (LTPI) to assess the condition of the nozzles and the buckets and verify that it is defect free.• During machinery inspections:- Gathering any failure/abnormality evidence.- Recording serial numbers of removed parts and installed parts.- Taking the dimensions of the removed parts.- Picking pictures of the removed parts to illustrate failure mode and register the as-found condition- Contributing in the application of the Machinery Quality Plan.• The scope of work in GE-Nuovo Pignone turbo compressors MS5002D overhauls:• Module replacement, Auxiliaries Inspection, Inspection for exhaust plenum, Alignment checks HPshaft and Auxiliary Gear, Alignment check, Load Gear Box Minor Inspection, Accessory Gear BoxMinor Inspection, Check IGV’s angles, Check Combustion Liners, and Fuel Nozzles dimensions,Turbine Oil Filtration, CI and LTPI maintenance, HP Shaft replacement, Borescope Inspection, Oilsampling analysis.• Shared in 4 SIEMENS GT35C2 gas turbines inspection “B”, which included Hot Gas Path inspection, axial compressor and Turbine rotor inspection, blades replacement, Bearing and seals inspections;on March, April and September 2012.• Shared in 4 SIEMENS GT35C2 gas turbines inspection “A”, which included visual and borescopeinspection of internal components and dismantling and inspecting major parts (Axial flow compressor,Combustion chambers, buckets); on January, and May 2009.• Attended and shared in many performance tests for critical pumps onsite such LNG Loading pumps and Firewater pumps.
