Part of my studies involve learning the Russian language, which I have 2.5 academic years of experience including a fully immersive study abroad.

      Activities and Societies: Dean's list (Spring 16, Fall 16, Spring 17), Phi Theta Kappa, Writing Intensive Badge MCC was my first stop back to higher education after the Marine Corps. I came out with my Associates in Political Science with a 4.0. I was one of only 9 students to be awarded the Student Award of Excellence for a 4.0 GPA. I also participated in the Model United Nations in my last semester at the National Model United Nations in New York City. Our delegation was awarded an "outstanding delegation award" for our work and participation.

      As a mid-level manager in a Fleet Antiterrorism Security Team I was the leader of a 5 man team. Our mission was to be properly trained to respond to and tackle any number of contingencies within the Middle East. To fulfill mission accomplishment, I ensured my team was properly trained in current tactics and physically and mentally ready to handle any and all contingencies. I also had to responsibility of maintaining 100% accountability of over $250,000 dollars worth of gear and equipment.

      As a Squad leader: I mentored, supervised, and held accountable 12 subordinates for a span of 18 months. I was personally accountable for upwards of $600,000 worth of equipment and gear. It was my job to ensure my subordinates are properly trained, mentally and physically, to fulfill the wide variety of orders that may have been passed down from superiors. As a Mid-level manager, I was the leader of a 4 man team. I was charged with carrying out and overseeing daily activities. My overall tasks was to instill proper military tactics, ensure completion of annual and day to day training, create and present classes/presentations, ensure physical and mental readiness, and complete any and all tasks passed down from my managers. I was personally accountable for upwards of $200,000 dollars worth of gear and equipment with 100% accountability.
