      Managed customer accounts for 2 sides of business, Refining and Salts and Solutions including handling of orders, forecasting, customer support, billing, and working with customer from quoting to shipment or settlement of product. I was instrumental in SAP initial migration in 2007 and update in 2009 writing scripts for testing, performing tests in beta environment, troubleshooting issues, and then training.
