      Working together with the Operation Support Manager and Client Account Manager ensuring the smooth running of the business and resolving any problem that arises. Apart from being a senior member of our management team, my role also includes to aggregate, analyse and reconcile data, enabling me to provide regular reports to various departments of our company and client.My responsibilities include:- Managing a large team of on street staff ensuring the smooth-running of the operation whilst delivering on our client’s expectations.- Keep in regular contact with our client, managing any request brought forward to us to action. -Hold disciplinary hearings when company policies have been breached and taking appropriate action where necessary. -I have handled grievances between staff and have experience in our appeal process.
