  Supporting the Careers and Employability Service and academic departments by facilitating employer and alumni engagement with students through events - creating key stakeholder relationships. Organising unique networking opportunities for students in a wide variety of venues including the world-renowned Founder Building Picture Gallery. Show less The group was set up to support the anti-racism agenda. It focuses specifically on race equity within UCL careers ensuring we deliver the best support to students, employers and alumni. The role has included, setting up a collaborative site, sharing resources, organising showcase events, advising colleagues and working with wider EDI colleagues to implement projects. Projects include analysing our internal recruitment data and developing resources to support underrepresented candidates and organising fair recruitment training for colleagues.
