I help to ensure the efficiency and productivity of both the youth and adult programs as well as the office and staff. Long and short term projects both within and outside of the organization are started with the Special Projects Consultant and eventually implemented into the organization and delegated between members of the team. This position helps with staff training, budget management, teambuilding, community engagement and marketing.
