  By organizing, planning and guiding sport activities (as part of a recreation programm at set times) I tried to improve these activities qualitywise and optimize the guest´s (holiday) spirit and customer satisfaction.Activities included guiding - giving archery lessons, (aqua) aerobics, leading tournaments in badminton, bowling, squash, table tennis, darts, and kids karaoke shows, game shows and beauty contests...A lot of FUN. Also had maintainance responsibilities.Main project was to introduce a new activity within the concept of CenterParcs for young teens 10 to 15 year olds.After written inquiries and analyzing the content, an inline skate activity was suggested to implement in the existing activity programm.My internship was during the `cocoon` project of CenterParcs, where each individual CenterParcs would get it´s own brand.For CenterParcs Erperheide that brand was set to attract families with young children.Due to that development, my suggested new activity failled to make the new recreational activity programm.
