Pilot users included staff from various business units and selected senior executives across the organization across the country.MICROSOFT ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT RENEWAL (March 2019 to March 2020)Successful negotiation of Enterprise Agreement contract renewal between Rogers and Microsoft, 3-year software requisition contract totalling over $45 million to transition to cloud O365. OPERATIONAL ENHANCEMENT/EFFICIENCY (July to December 2018)Assessment of existing operations to identify/improve overall operational agility and execution by improving system performance and scalability in 4 key areas: wireless system scalability (improved system performance); technical operations scalability (increased channel capacity); sales scalability (increased channel capacity and operational contingency plans); and channel systems business continuity (diverted transactions between channels). $13 million initiative.
