  I play a pivotal role in setting priorities for the development squad. This role involves grooming the Product Backlog, ensuring that the most valuable and time-critical items are prioritized at the top. The Product Owner serves as the central liaison among the Iteration Manager/Scrum Master, the Development Team, and the Client. As the primary point of contact, it is crucial for the Product Owner to have a deep understanding of the product, grasp client needs, and effectively translate these into actionable priorities for the squad. Depending on the organizational structure, the Product Owner may be a member of the client’s organization or an integral part of the development squad.
