Led peer-to-peer coaching with students to help improve their resumes, cover letters, job search knowledge, interview skills, etc.

  Educated Scholar Athletes on the training process behind running and the importance of stretching, drills, strength training, nutrition and recovery. Runners implemented good training habits to push for their potential.Committed 10 hours per week for leading practices and bringing runners to many racing opportunities. These experiences pushed Scholars to new limits and helped us capture 2nd place Charter School in our first season.Frequently advocated for resources from many organizations to help our track family have the best experience.
