  From October 2011 to May 2016, I oversaw all the AML/KYC (Anti Money Laundering / Know Your Customer) projects related to stopping bad customers from laundering money. Knowing who our customers are went smoothly for the Consumer, Business Banking and Data Management & Analytics groups. I was the point of reference for all the teams, and together we completed 131 projects that dealt with money laundering, financial regulations, and customer identification. About 350,000 hours were spent working on these projects. Overseen projects came from various parts of the bank such as Consumer banking, Business banking, and Corporate Compliance. Having tight deadlines for projects related to handling stressful issues and protecting sensitive information, we had to follow strict rules and regulations.
