  At Edify Education, I was responsible as a designer for the construction of the company's official website. Later, I contributed to the redesign of the portal specifically used by school administration personas. During this project, I addressed usability issues identified through metrics and UX research, and designed according to the company's new visual identity.Additionally, I was involved from the initial discovery and problem definition stages to the design of an internal MVP, catering to both mentor and back-office users.Some of the skills I used: • UX Research - Benchmarking, Desk research, user interview;• Flowcharts, low-fidelity and high fidelity prototyping, usability testing, UX Writing and design handoff for developers (Figma);• Facilitation of focus group discussions; Facilitation of co-creation workshops;• Metric analysis;• Contribution to Design System;• Design documentation (Notion);• Agile Scrum Methodology.   While working at Konviva Edtech, I contributed as a designer to two different products: an existing LMS and an LXP MVP.The existing LMS, which was created many years ago, suffered from numerous usability issues and an outdated interface design. During this project, we were able to understand many of the user's needs. Based on our findings, we systematically reviewed the product requirements and redesigned each area of the system incrementally. This approach allowed us to release updates gradually, minimizing disruption for long-term users.While some companies prefer top-down training methods, others are open to the LXP training method, where employees develop skills identified as necessary for their professional growth, as well as skills required by their leaders. In this MVP project, my role as a designer was to identify and prioritize the needs of both the company and the employees, create flowcharts, and design solutions tailored to these two user groups.Some of the skills I used: • UX Research - Benchmarking, Desk research, quantitative researchs;• Flowcharts, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototyping, usability testing, UX Writing and design handoff for developers (Figma);• Contribution to Design System;• Agile Scrum Methodology.
