Also actions identified for improving CoR, Unit Testing and involvement of System test during the development phase.o Promote Quality Criteria Adherence during Delivery : To correct project management about rules for counting of new / legacy defects during Project Delivery. All issues reported during project release must be counted as a part of the Quality Exit Criteria for Open Defects. As a Technical Lead for Turk Telecom was successful in keeping the Customer Defects to less KPI targets defined by the company.
