      Jul 2019 - Jan 2022

Ran the New Hampshire warehouse for Iron Heart. In charge of 3-5 teams of 2-3 people. As one of the busiest regions in the company, and also the hub for many parts of the operation, I was always on my toes. We were responsible for filling in for any teams in the surrounding regions as well as taking on any job that was difficult. I would personally be at any challenging job site to ensure things went smoothly. Scheduling was also quite difficult as there were many variables, staff strengths, specific equipment, travel, job length, and even weather came into play. It was also important to understand the equipment inside and out so that any repairs did not become a problem. Knowing the products we were packaging and their ideal packaging specifications was key to getting a great final product, and many times a new product would have a completely different ideal packaging situation. My teams and I did a lot of research and testing to make sure that anything we were going to put into a can was going to be amazing. Show less
