  The primary responsibility of the Clinical Quality Coordinator is to provide administrative clinical support to MSO providers. These services include but are not limited to: analyze and deliver HEDIS care gaps with actionable steps, deliver and present utilization reports, provide feedback on MRA with specific guidance for improvement, and general clinical support.The primary functions are to interact with providers and their staff in order to improve clinical quality as measured by the STARS rating system and to ensure the delivery of cost-effective clinical care across the network.
