      Collaborated with a small research team to conduct an experiment on collective false memories. Designed and administered 4 experimental surveys via Qualtrics and collected data from over 200 participants on MTurk. Used R to organize and analyze our survey data. Co-authored our manuscript and presented our findings at the 2020 Furman Psychology Research Conference and the 2021 Association for Psychological Science (APS) Conference. Guided 15 undergraduates enrolled in PSY 201-202 through the process of conducting empirical research. Facilitated lab discussions and supervised group projects, helping students create experimental manipulations, design Qualtrics surveys, and improve empirical writing skills. Graded student exams, assignments, and research papers on a weekly basis. Conducted an econometrics policy analysis on the impact of state parental leave policies on breastfeeding and child health. After reviewing relevant literature, I organized and analyzed National Immunization Survey (NIS) datasets in Stata using a difference-in-difference model. Co-authored manuscript and presented our findings at the 2020 Eastern Economic Association (EEA) Conference in Boston, MA. Managed a housing budget and enforced housing policies in the Lakeside residence building. Coordinated bi-weekly events and programs to promote a sense of community for Lakeside residents.
