One of the original 15 grantees for Music and Memory in the United States. 1st chapter in Penna. for "Cycling with out Age". Department head with leadership responsibilities that extend beyond typical department. Delivers New Associate Orientation to new employees. Responsible for training new volunteers and associates on the "Meal Assistant" program to enhance the quality of life for residents as rising acuity levels challenge staff. Recognized for drive and passion for providing a quality life experience for Seniors. Introduced an "end of life" program that addresses the needs of families, residents and staff for providing tools to aide in the comfort and dignity of all involved. Bring technology to the position of recreation and leisure, so that seniors with limited mobility and opportunity in the healthcare and assisted living areas, can connect with their world through Senior Learning Network, Skype and Face time, Virtual tours and other experiences.
