Secured India’s largest smart metering contract for 5 million Smart Meters for INR 552 Cr.• SPOC for the Clients for operational role, managing entire projects on field/Site/HQ offices & software administrator till hand-over to delivery team. • Assessed markets, developed strategies including monitoring/ tracking/ analysis of every entire smart metering market since 2014. • Led functions like RFP Analysis, Bid Preparation & Submission, Supplier Negotiations,• Pitched to Financial investors for partnerships and creation of smart meter platform. SCADA,DMS: Identification, Initiation, preparation and Submission of bids for SCADA and DMS projects. Secured 1 projects, SPOC for the project from Kick-off to hand-over to client. Hydro: • Developed complete strategy for EDF Group to Develop the Hydro Business in India. • Maintaining detailed database along with due diligence on IPPs/Projects. Hydrogen: Developed strategy for Green Hydrogen in India, submitted proposals to Bids in the Green Hydrogen space and led creation of ecosystem for EDF.Nuclear: Organized Nuclear Suppliers Day for Localization and Government of India Mandate of ‘Make-in-India’ with discussions with 300+supppliers and initiating the vendor qualification process for integration with 6 X 1650 MW Jaitapur Nuclear Power Project.
