      Advanced course in Jurassic - Cretaceous - Cenozoic organic-walled dinoflagellate cysts Paleontology

      Hosted at the Università di Urbino in Italy this course was run by an international panel of experts and offered a focused and unique learning experience unable to be had at any other institute. The course focused on morphology, paleoecology & stratigraphy of Jurassic, Cretaceous and Cenozoic organic-walled dinoflagellate cysts.

      In 2009 & 2010 I was a tutor for a sedimentology field course in Whanganui, New Zealand. I was responsible for teaching students basic skills required for mapping geological outcrops and making thoughtful interpretations from field observations.In 2007 & 2008 I was a teaching assistant for a summer course in climate change. I was responsible for assisting with daily tutorials on key concepts from scientific understanding to the social and political implications.
