He came to Temple prepared for the variety of work we do for our students and experience in handling the myriad challenges we face. But he has proven to be so much more! I am convinced Robert reads minds! He knows what we need before we mention it. He fully understands the scope of a project and all the complicated components that might be a part of it. As he sits in the heart of our Dean's suite, Robert is the orchestral conductor for a sometimes-challenging space. He anticipates challenges and troubleshoots them. He's on top of a thousand different things at once, multitasking the whole time. Robert is also creative and innovative. He inherited several projects that haven't been revised or updated in quite a while and he has refreshed or rebuilt them all! Robert has built terrific relationships across the Division, with administrators in the schools and colleges, with Strategic Marketing and Communications, and with faculty. He's proven his skills and talents so widely that he's called upon for all sorts of projects. "Robert can do that" is a familiar refrain, not because he has the time, but because he has the ability to do it well. Day after day he proves his capacity for more challenging work and he's brought onto more teams, widening his scope of expertise. He's incredibly reliable and a fantastic colleague. He's also funny as heck. I couldn't ask for anything more from a new professional and I can't wait to see how far Robert goes!" Show less
