      Activities and Societies: Basketball Team Vice-Captain School Cabinet: Games Captain My experience at this institution was indeed a beautiful experience. From Nursery till 12 grade I was groomed from a little girl into an independent and strong woman ready to face the world.Being an introvert in my childhood I was groomed into being in my school cabinet and holding various responsibilities. I held many school programs, conducted basketball and other tournaments in the school.

      Activities and Societies: Rank holder of the Batch.Was the core editor for Bhasha Utsav Newsletter. I was part of the marketing team for Media department Fest. I was also part of the dance team. Being at the Masters level , after a much theoretical understanding of journalism at LSR I was given a more practical and on field understanding of my field. Having different variety of subjects to study from ranging from PR to Advertising to core media subjects. We also had practical exposure with subjects like Photojournalism, videography and SPSS.We also had to do a research paper and dissertation.

      Activities and Societies: Was in the organizing committee for the Journalism Fest. Part of NSS: National Social Service Scheme for 1 year. Worked with an NGO closely for the duration of 1 year. Attended a 3-day workshop Visual Rhetoric and South Asian gender studies co-orgnaised by the Centre for Women's Development Studies and the University of Cambridge in association with the Lady Shri Ram College. Just out of school, it was a different arena all together. But I learned a lot from the institution. I was opened up to a great peer group , well-qualified faculty, and a democratic space to open up and voice my opinions. My political and intellectual side strengthened during my 3 years in this institution.

      As part of the National Service Scheme, I chose to volunteer with a foundation named Kutumb. The foundation works with slum children of Delhi and also helps empower them with education and providing them with other recreational activities. I worked with this foundation for a year as part of the national service scheme part of Delhi University. I taught children of slums subjects like English and Social Studies.

      I was part of the 25 years of NDTV Project, I had to contact secretaries and PR managers of all Indian Chief Ministers . I had to contact them, arrange for an appointment and then take bytes from them regarding NDTV completing 25 years.

      PVR Nest is CSR initiative and foundation of the PVR Group.My duties with the organisation included working with the Childscape project. I did the outreach program with different stakeholders like police, parents and slum dwellers. I taught children coming from slums basic English. I also helped in collecting database of schools nearby for the organisation, so that the students who come from slum could be enrolled.
