      I lead the Labor Management Partnership training department for Kaiser Permanente San Diego Area. My work includes strategizing to reduce training gaps in the San Diego region and reporting training results to senior leadership. My work is focused on developing learner-centric strategies within my team of Master Trainers to meet organizational outcomes. Outcomes include: reduction of training gaps, trainer capacity building, organizational fiscal goals, skill-building, and leadership development within Unit Based Teams. I have been invited to re-develop the Business Literature 1-3 Training on a national level with a group of training experts from across the Kaiser Permanente training family.
